Our investors rely heavily on our trust. To maintain market integrity, strict adherence to the following rules is mandatory:
- 100% Price & Rate Transparency: No hidden markups or misleading quotes. Final baseline rates per square yard/acre must be communicated with absolute clarity.
- Mandatory Due Diligence Before Token: All legal documents, title deeds, 7/12 extracts, and exact government zone classifications (Residential/Industrial) must be provided and verified before taking any token amount.
- Zero Tolerance for Backing Out: Once a token agreement or advance deal is finalized, if the farmer, landowner, or developer backs out or refuses to sell, the complete legal and financial responsibility lies entirely with the developer/partner (including immediate full refund and agreed compensation to protect investor trust).
- Legal & Registry Accountability: Document verification, legal checks, token management, and final registry execution remain exclusively the developer/seller’s responsibility.
